A bit far from city center but in the middle of business district. Friendly staff, amazing facilities! The toiletries kit quality is amazing!

Buffet breakfast very good, with excellent choice of foods, well presented and exceptionally clean. Good service throughout. Room was comfortable, practical and clean, with comfortable mattress and amazing view of this part of São Paulo, especially at night. Bathroom arrangement was good and shower worked perfectly!

Excellent staff. Incredibly friendly and competent. Incredible gym facilities and two very nice pools (indoor and outdoor) Great breakfast; lots to choose from and very fresh.

I had a wonderful 4-day experience here! The room is spacious and clean with complete amenities, and the view with the bridge and lake is perfect. And the staff is extremely helpful.

Fantastic hotel! Very comfortable beds. Large and comfortable bathroom. Big room. Great view from room. Hotel has everything. Great gym and sauna/spa.

Nice quite rooms, with an amazing house keeping. All staff speaks English well, and everybody was so friendly and always helpful. Great !

Great hotel and location to explore the city. Amazing and helpful staff really made the difference during our stay. The variety of fresh fruit and juices at breakfast was a big plus. Large room and great view.

Breakfast was good but the Service was not great. I had to ask multiple times for tea and still waited long for it. While other customer who came after me, got served before me.
